| 摘 要： | 商务合同是商务活动中最重要的交际形式之一。通过商务合同英语翻译事例分析 ,从正规用语、专业术语、古语词、外来词、同义词连用、词项重复和缩略词七方面探讨商务合同英语用词的特点 ,强调商务合同英语用词特点决定其特色翻译。

| Abstract: | Business contract is one form of communication in business affairs. This paper mainly deals with the features of English words in business contracts from seven aspects which are formal word ,term, archaic word, loanword, using synonym together, repeating word and abbreviation with examples taken from English translation of business contracts. In explicating this point, the author stresses that the features of English words in business contracts account for the distinctive translation. |
