| 摘 要： | 学校是高校的衡量杠杆和标志，这一特性决定了学科建设是高校发展的关键与核心。学科建设的内容涉及人才培养、科学研究、队伍建设、条件建设等方面，使高校教学、科研两个中心相结合，对高校的全面发展起到有力的促进作用。重视和加强学科建设也是专升本院校获得持续发展的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Disciplines are one of the criteria and symbols by which people evaluate a university and this places discipline construction at a the critical core of the development of a university. Involving the brining up of talents, scientific research, and construction of both the teaching faculty and the facilities, discipline construction joins together two central tasks of a university, i.e. teaching and research, and greatly boosts the overall development of the higher education institutions as a whole. Stressing and strengthening discipline construction is also one of the most effective ways to ensure a university which has just been promoted from a college of sustainable development. |
