| 摘 要： | 在对体育习惯、体育意识与自主体育锻炼意识等概念界定基础上,通过问卷调查,了解南京工业大学大学生体育意识和体育习惯现状,分析影响大学生体育锻炼积极性的主客观因素,提出培养大学生体育意识和习惯对策,以利于对高校学生课外体育锻炼管理,引导在校大学生理性地科学地对待课外体育锻炼。
