| 摘 要： | 高校内部管理体制改革的核心是权力结构的调整。学分制的实行，既可以促进高校内部管理体制改革。又为其改革的具体途径提供依据。学分制的实施有利于促进高校内部管理体制改革的深化，有利于高校内部权力结构的优化，具体说来，可以调整与改善学校与院系、高校与教师、高校与学生以及教师与学生之间的权力关系。

| Abstract: | The core of higher education inner management system reform is to adjust the power structure. The carrying out the credit system can from one side urge the reform of higher education inner management system and provide the base of ways its reform. It will be beneficial to deepen its reform and also can better the inner power relations between college and departments, colleges and teachers, colleges and students, and teachers and students. |
