| Abstract: | Subject construction is the core of college construction, while scientific research is one of the three primary missions of colleges, and should be carried out mainly based on the subject construction. In this paper, a science and technology project management pattern of colleges and universities based on the subject construction is presented. Based on the characteristics of scientific research in colleges and universities, projects are classified and the subject construction are treated as one aspect of the science research projects evaluation content. And then the scientific research of colleges and universities would return to the fundamental purpose of colleges and universities. |
