| 摘 要： | 志愿服务活动是老年人社会参与的主要渠道,通过分析老年人参与志愿服务的重要性,厘清老年人参与志愿活动面临的困境,建议创新老年人参与志愿服务的体制机制,加大老年人参与志愿服务的宣传力度,健全老年人志愿服务权益保障体系,实施老年志愿者长效管理,完善老年志愿者教育培训,构建以社区为载体的志愿服务参与机制,探索专业社工介入的运行机制,以期为科学设计与开展老年志愿活动提供思路和视角。

| Abstract: | The main channel for social participation of the aged is volunteer services. By analyzing the importance of the partici- pation of older persons in volunteer services, this paper clarifies the predicament of the elderly in voluntary activities, proposes to innovate the system and mechanism construction, increases the propaganda of elderly people＇ s participation, strengthens protection of the rights and interests of the elderly volunteer management, perfects the elderly volunteers education training, implements of the long - term management of elderly volunteers, improves training of older volunteers, builds volunteer services participation mechanisms, explors the operating mechanism of professional social worker＇ s action, and provides ideas and perspectives for elderly volunteer activities＇ design and organization. |
