| Abstract: | In the history of the development of science and technology the Chinese nation once wrote a brilliant chapter,but missed the world's three technological revolutions,which becomes our lifelong regret.With the policy of reform and opening up to the outside world,we have devoted ourselves to the development of science and technology and achieved a lot.Today a new technological revolution is sweeping across the globe.To welcome its coming,We need to make our ideas,education,ability and personnel ready.It is believed that China will become prosperous and powerful in the near future. |
