| 摘 要： | 分析虚拟研究环境的基本概念和指导意义，比较虚拟学习环境与虚拟研究环境的异同，探讨虚拟研究环境下高校图书馆员的角色定位，即：提高e-研究素养，发展个人能力，积极参与科研协作，支持资源共享，促进学术交流，以实现机构的宏观教育目标。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the fundamental concept and instructive significance of Virtual Research Enviroments (VREs), compares the similarity and difference between VREs and Virtual Learning Environments（VLEs）, and discusses the role position of university librarians in VREs, i.e. university librarians should improve their e research literacy, develop their personal skills and abilities, get themselves actively involved in the collaboration with faculties and researchers, support resources sharing and stimulate academic communication, so as to fulfill macroscopic institutional mission of education. |
