| 摘 要： | 任何社会的进步，都要以一定的道德作为代价。在社会主义市场经济体制建立和完善的过程中，计划经济体制下的传统道德规范体系必须适应社会、经济的发展实践。必须在提倡企业承担道德责任的同时，保障企业在各方面的道德权利。本文就是对在和谐社会建设背景下，如何建立、建立何等的企业道德体系所作的初步探索。

| Abstract: | Any advancement of society,all wants to be price with certain morality.Lower tradition of a planned economy code of ethics system must adapt to society,development of the economy puts into practice in process building and improving and perfecting in a socialist market economy.Simultaneous must undertake morality responsibility in advocating enterprise,ensures the enterprise morality right in the field of every.That the main body of a book is moved towards is under building background face to face in harmonious society,how to found and found what first step exploration done by enterprise morality system. |
