| 摘 要： | 走内涵式发展之路,已成为当今高等教育发展的主题和高校综合实力提升的焦点。抓好内涵建设,要坚持社会主义核心价值观,引领高校德育工作;要凝聚全社会的共识和力量,大力实施素质教育;要创新高等学校的办学观念,深化教育教学改革;要统筹配置规划公共教育资源,大力促进教育公平;要系统构建师资培养体系,加强人才队伍建设;要树立全民终身教育理念,加快发展现代职业教育。

| Abstract: | The way of connotative development has become the focus of comprehensive strength of the subject and the develop-ment of today＇s higher education. Grasp the connotation construction, we should adhere to the socialist core values, lead the univer-sity moral education work ; we should coagulate the consensus of the whole society and strength, vigorously implement the quality ed-ucation; we should innovate higher education concept, deepen the reform of education and teaching; we should co -ordinate the planning of public education resources, vigorously promote education equity ; we should construct teacher training system to strength-en the construction of talent team ; Finally, we should establish the concept of lifelong education and accelerate the development of the modern occupation education. |
