| 摘 要： | 本文在总结美、日、韩三国知识产权保护与技术创新协同发展的路径的基础上，分析在自主创新（以美国为例）和模仿创新（以日、韩为例）的模式下知识产权制度的效用，得出知识产权制度最终的目的是提升自主创新能力的结论。借鉴外国的经验，我国应建立适合国内技术发展水平的知识产权制度。

| Abstract: | This article sums up the collaborative development paths of Intellectual Property Protection and Technology Innovation in America, Japan and Korea ; on the basis of this, the effects of intellectual property right system under independent - innovation and imitation - innovation models of technology innovation are analyzed ; then it draws a conclusion that the ultimate aim of intellectual property protection is to increase the capacity of independent - innovation. After studying and drawing lessons from foreign counties, our county should set up the system of intellectual property adapting to the technology level. |
