| 摘 要： | 通过对亚冬会速滑各项比赛成绩的对比、分析,证实我国速度滑冰短距离与亚洲一流水平无明显差距,长距离项目的差距较大。其原因涉及训练负荷、绝对速度训练、战术训练、心理训练和教练员业务素质等方面,建议对运动员赛前训练安排和国家队选拔组建方法进行调整。

| Abstract: | After comparison and analysis of all the speed skating results at the III Asian Winter Games it was found that there existed no obvious gap between Chinese skaters and the best skaters of Asia in sprint events,but there do exist a big gap between them in long distance events. The reason could be involved in training load,training for absolute speed,tactical and psychological training,as well as coaches'professional qualities. It is suggested to adjust the precompetition training arrangement and to improve the way of skaters selection for the national team, |
