| 摘 要： | 在过去的10多年中，世界各国特别是发展中国家积极行动，采取多种措施吸引跨国公司到本国投资，其主要原因是希望这样的投资带来“技术溢出”效应。作为一种外部经济，技术溢出的证据总是间接的，所以，对技术溢出效应的专门研究比较零散，本对国内外有关技术溢出效应的研究作一个综述。

| Abstract: | In the past decade, nearly all the countries, especially the developing countries, have actively taken a lot of measures to draw investment from transnational corporations. The main reason for that is to hope for the technology overflow with the coming of investment. Since the evidence of technology overflow is indirect, the special study for it is scattered. This essay will offer a comprehensive analysis for that. |
