| 摘 要： | 民办高校办学水平评估是加强民办高等教育管理的重要环节。民办高校的办学有其自己的特点,所以民办高校办学水平评估有其自身的独特性。民办高校办学水平评估应尊守一致性原则、科学性原则、可测性原则和可比可行性原则,并提出了民办高校办学水平的评估指标体系。
