贵州省农村中小学英语师资现状调查分析

摘    要:根据贵州省九个市(州)的142名农村中小学英语教师进行的问卷调查和访谈,发现农村中小学英语师资存在着学历结构和职称结构不合理、专业能力不足、对新课改的认识不到位等问题,并就此提出相关建议。

Abstract:142 English teachers from rural primary and secondary schools in Guizhou Province were investigated by questionnaire and interview. The findings revealed some problems on the teachers’ educational background, professional titles, professional abilities, teaching methods and strategies, their understanding on the reform of new curriculum, etc. Some corresponding countermeasures are provided to English teachers at rural primary and secondary schools, educational administrative department and colleges and universities.
