| 摘 要： | 在地方高校向应用型大学转型的特殊时期,大学英语教师既面临着“纠结”的学科地位所造成的困惑,同时也面临着转型发展及教师队伍的现状带来的挑战,作为地方高校的大学教师,必须探寻自主发展的途径.大学英语教师自主发展的途径可以从以下几个方面探寻：转变自我发展角色,激发自主发展内驱力;树立终身学习理念,促使自我多元化发展;强化自我反思能力,促进教育教学实践;力争自主发展权利,促使自我持续发展.

| Abstract: | During the special period of application-oriented transformation, college English teachers are facing confusions in- eluding subject positioning, teaching quality requirements, future development, etc. As a result, it is of great significance for college English teachers to seek proper independent development. The measures are as follow： change roles, activate inner moti- vation, set up all-life learning concept, seek diversified development, reinforce self-reflection ability, promote teaching and prac- tice, pursuit the right of independent development and facilitate self sustainable development. |
