| 摘 要： | 魏晋之际随着社会由乱世向相对治世的转变,礼法派开始取代名法派而登上历史舞台。在人才标准上,亦由重“才能”向重“德行”转变,这里的“德行”主要是指儒家学说所规定的“道德规范”。礼法之士在具体的人物品题中,重视“德行”标准,主要表现为三个方面:其一,重忠孝仁义礼信之美德;其二,重清廉节操之美德;其三,礼法派对放达违礼名士的批评与责难。

| Abstract: | At the turn of the Wei and Jin Dynasties,along with the change of the society from turbulent times to times of peace and prosperity,Li-Fa School began to replaced Ming-Fa School.Talent criteria changed to stressing moral conduct from stressing ability.And moral conduct refered to the moral standards set by confucian theories.Li-Fa School's emphasizing moral standards in evaluating figures was shown in the following three aspects:stressing the vitues of loyalty,filial piety,kindheartedness,justice,propriety and honesty,stressing the virtues of moral intergrity;criticizing and censuring celebrities who acted contratry to moral standards. |
