| 摘 要： | 知情权是公民的一项基本人权,是一项重要的程序性权利,是依法行政的具体体现,是对公权力监督和制约的必然要求。在高考及录取中,诸如罗彩霞案件的事实充分说明考生及其家长的知情权受到了严重的侵害。探究高考及录取中的权利义务主体和具体内容,分析知情权受到侵害的原因以及提出保障措施,保障考生及其家长的知情权刻不容缓、意义重大。
