| 摘 要： | 利用氨基酸理化性质中的等电点和疏水性,我们提出了一种新的蛋白质序列二维图形表示方法来刻画蛋白质序列.这种新的蛋白质序列图形表示方法可以有效地避免了图形曲线中可能出现的简并现象和图形任意性,而且蛋白质序列和它所对应的图形曲线是一一对应的.

| Abstract: | Based on isoelectric point and hydrophobicity of physicochemical properties of amino acid, this article puts forward a new 2-D graphical representation of protein sequences to portray protein sequences. The new graphical representation can effectively avoid degeneracy or arbitrariness that is likely to appear in graphical curves. What＇s more, the protein sequences have one-to-one correspondence with relevant graphical curves. |
