| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了数据库开发利用中存在的权利冲突和利益平衡问题。与其他观点显著不同的是，本文提出了“数据库DOI保护法”。主张为促进数据库产业快速健康发展，应采用版权法和DOI保护法相结合、以其它方法为补充的方法对数据库进行完整的知识产权保护。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the conflict between database-owner's legal right and database-user's reasonable right, the balance between database-owner's benefit and public benefit, then introduces a new intellectual protection method, DOI protection. The author insists on the method of combination of copyright protection and DOI protection, with the supplement of other methods, so as to promote the database industry quickly and healthily. |
