| 摘 要： | 辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人。以激励理论为指导,以建立科学合理的激励机制为抓手,努力解决制约辅导员队伍建设和辅导员自身发展的瓶颈问题,对提高辅导员工作的主动性和积极性,扎实推动高校辅导员队伍建设工作有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Counselors are the backbone force to carry out college students ideological and political education,and they guide college students to grow healthily.Guided by incentive theory and taking it as a good hand,the restriction of constructing college counselor team will be overcome and the initiative and enthusiasm will be improved.So it is magnificent for furthering the building of college counselor team. |
