摘    要:通过分析师训活动中培训效果不高的原因,需优化学校师训活动。开展基于课堂教学问题探究为核心的教科研一体化的师训活动方式,完善师徒结对制度,开发微型师训模式。同时以网络为学习平台,建立"教育门户"。

Abstract:By analyzing the causes of teachers' training inefficiency,the paper suggests training optimization should be implemented.The training could be improved when classroom teaching problem research becomes the core,master-prentice mode is perfected,micro-training mode is created,and network platform is established to build education portal.
