| 摘 要： | 目前二级管理体制下的高职院校教学秘书在教学管理中发挥着举足轻重的作用,但是由于一些现实原因,导致部分高职院校教学秘书队伍建设滞后。因此,要从重视思想教育、创新用人机制、提高工作水平等方面加强教学秘书队伍建设,为我国高职院校培养优秀的教学管理人才。

| Abstract: | Under the current management system of secondary vocational colleges,teaching secretaries play a pivotal role in the management of education.However,due to a number of practical reasons,resulting in some higher education institutions secretary construction lag.Therefore,we will strengthen team building from the emphasis on ideological education,innovation and employment mechanism to improve the comprehensive quality of teaching secretary for excellent teaching vocational training management personnel. |
