| 摘 要： | 农民收入增长缓慢是当前我国农业和农村问题中的首要难题,严重制约我国工业化、城市化和现代化进程。本文分析了现阶段农民收入增长缓慢的原因,以及我国农业及社会存在的深层次矛盾,提出通过加强农民职业教育和继续教育,推动农村科技进步,实施绿色证书制度,发展效益农业,是迎接经济全球化和市场信息一体化的正确选择,而提高农民素质、增加农民收入,是入世后我国农业的主要课题和中心任务之一。

| Abstract: | The article analyses the reasons peasant income has made slow in growth at present and the deeper controdiction existing in Chinese agriculture and society,points out we should promote the progress of rural science and technology by enhancing vocational education and continous education for peasant.It is correct choice for us to meet economic globalization and integration of market information to im plement the system of green certificate and develop effective agriculture,and it is one of the key-tasks for Chi nese agriculture to improve peasant quality and increase peasant in come. |
