| 摘 要： | 一个国家的振兴，拥有大量的职业技术人才特别是高级职业技术应用型专门人才是一个重要因素。为了培养大批的、合格的高级技术应用型人才，我们必须转变教育观念，变“知识本位”为“能力本位”；加强教学内容的针对性和实用性；改进教学方法；大力培养“双师型”教师；加强实训基地建设以及改革考试制度等。
