| 摘 要： | 较详细介绍了磁光克尔效应的原理、测量方法以及磁光克尔法的实验装置，也介绍了实验装置中的仪器特点以及磁光克尔法的测量过程。从实验结果可以看出，NiMn多层薄膜有明显的磁滞行为，反映了NiMn多层薄膜的铁磁特性。

| Abstract: | This article describes in detail the principle of magneto-optical Kerr effect,magneto-optical Kerr measurements,as well as the law of experimental apparatus,but also introduced the instrument in the experimental device characteristics.Finally,a detailed introduction of the magneto-optical Kerr NiMn multilayer films measured hysteresis loop of the experimental results can be seen NiMn multilayer films have a clear hysteresis behavior,reflecting the multi-layer films of ferromagnetic NiMn characteristics. |
