| 摘 要： | 近年来,职业认同成为西方职业技术教育领域的一个研究主题。综观相关研究成果可以发现,在职业认同与个体自我认同之间的关系上存在以下三种基本观点:职业认同是个体全部自我认同的组成部分;职业认同是个体自我认同的表现,包括职业个性理论和主体性理论;职业认同是个体自我认同的形成和运用过程,包括自我概念理论、框定与折衷理论和社会认知生涯理论。作为一种新的研究取向,基于自我认同的职业认同研究为判断生涯指导干预的有效性提供了可能。
