教学激励与新课程

摘    要:教学激励是教师在教学中运用激励理论的一般规律,采取多种措施与手段,激发学生学习动机,促使其最大限度地挖掘自身潜能,高效自主地进行学习,以获得全面发展的教学活动。实施教学激励是新课程的基本理念之一———关乎人性的基本要求,对于更新教学观念,优化课堂教学,提高教学质量,开发教学资源,推进课程改革,实现教育创新,培养高素质创新人才,促进教师专业发展具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。

Abstract:Teaching encouragement is the general regulation of encouraging theory which the teacher always use during their teaching process. This theory demands the teacher to carry out kinds of measures to stimulate the students to learn with a proper motivation, and to develop their self-potential mostly in order to learn efficiently to gain full-scale development in teaching activities. To put the teaching encouragement into effect is one of the general ideas of the new curricula, which is closely related to human nature. The new curricula which is not only good for the teacher to renew their teaching conception, to optimize the class, to improve the teaching quality, and to exploit the teaching resources, but also good for them to push on the reform of the teaching curricula, to realize the innovation of the education, to cultivate the elites and to perfect their own specialty as well has a very significant meaning both in theory and reality.
