| 摘 要： | 党的十一届三中全会以来，我们在加强党内监督方面取得了很大进展。今后进一步加强党内监督的基本思路是：加强党内舆论监督，强化党员监督意识；健全党内监督制度，力求监督规范化、制度化；理顺党内监督体制，保证专职监督机构拥有独立监督权。

| Abstract: | We have made great achievements in strengthening supervision in the Party since the Third Session of the Party's Eleventh Congress.The basic way of thinking in further supervision in the Party is to strengthen the supervision by the media,intensify the sense of supervising among the Party members,mplify the supervising system in the Party and try to make supervision standardized and systematized.We must make the supervising system even better and assure that the full-time supervising institutes must have independent right of supervision. |
