| 摘 要： | 转体类动作在体操项目中是非常普遍的动作,可是,在实践训练中,很多运动员在做转体类动作时,都会出现转体越来越早的现象.因此,从理论和实践相结合的角度出发,对早转现象进行研究,并为广大专家、教练员和运动员提供理论参考.

| Abstract: | The saltos of turning is very popular in gymnastics,but there are many gymnasts who will turn earlier and earlier when he performs them.Therefore,the paper studies on the phenomena of early turning with the combination of theory and practice,which provides theoretical references for experts,coaches and gymnasts. |
