| 摘 要： | 分析了影响跨国公司战略技术联盟稳定性的外生和内生因素，建立了测度其对联盟稳定性影响程度的评估模型，针对联盟组建和联盟管理的需要以及影响跨国公司战略技术联盟稳定性的主要因素提出了相应的对策措施。
