| 摘 要： | 指出竞争情报系统和知识管理系统是当今企业重要的竞争手段和管理工具，两者之间由于存在着密切的联系而很容易造成混淆和误解。在总结竞争情报和知识管理关系的基础上，辨析竞争情报系统和知识管理系统的异同，指出两者是两个不同层次的概念，具有不同的建设步骤和方法，它们的融合是必然的发展趋势。

| Abstract: | As the important competitive means and management tools of the current enterprises, CIS and KMS are hard to distinguish because of the close connection between them. This paper discusses the similarities and differences between the CIS and KMS on the basis of summarizing the relationship between CI and KM, and points out that they are conceptions on different levels and have different construction approaches and methods while the combination of them is inevitable. |
