教师专业化与校本课程开发

摘    要:随着我国新课程改革的不断深入,校本课程的开发已成为我国课程改革领域内的一个重要议题,它对其重要参与者——教师提出了较高的要求,把教师专业化提上了日程,要求教师不仅要掌握所教学科的专业知识,而且要掌握“如何教”的教育学科专业知识。教师专业化在校本课程开发中存在一定条件但也有不少问题,校本课程的开发使教师专业化得到提高。

Abstract:Along with the constant deepening of new curriculum reform,school-oriented course development has become an important subject in our country's curriculum reform realm.It puts forward the higher requirements to its important participant-teacher,lifting teachers' specialization on agenda.It requires teachers to master their majors' knowledge and the professional knowledge of "how to teach".Conditions and problems both exist in teachers' specialization in the development of school-oriented course.At the same time the development of school-oriented course can promote teachers' specialization.
