| 摘 要： | 全球化趋势加剧，跨国公司纷纷进入我国，形成的新型的集群即跨国公司驱动型产业集群，对我国企业具有双重影响。因此，为增强企业的国际市场竞争力，我国企业从政府及企业自身两个方面采取有力的应对措施，充分借鉴积极效应，避免消极影响。
