| Abstract: | The chronic problem of civil execution has become an obstacle to the reestablishment of a socialist county ruled by law. This essay has probed into the causes of the problem through the inner and outer - environments of China's judicial system. And it is concluded that only by coping with the problem systematically with the joint efforts of the state authorities and the public can the barrier be smoothed away successfully and ultimately, and the governing of the country ruled by law be established in the socialist China. |
