| 摘 要： | 恩格斯在研究社会主义理论问题时，提出和论述了实践社会主义的基本原则，即要把社会主义当作科学来研究、把社会主义置于现实基础之上、社会主义社会要不断变化和改革。这些原则为建设和发展社会主义新社会指明了正确方向，对于我们在新世纪新阶段进一步发展好中国特色社会主义有着重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | When studying the issues of socialist theory, Engels put forward and discussed the basic principles of practicing socialism： studying socialism as science; placing socialism on the basis of reality and constantly changing and reforming socialist society. These principles provide a right direction for the construction and development of a new socialist society and have great practical significance for further development of socialism with Chinese characteristics at a new stage in the new century. |
