| 摘 要： | 在专业学位教育快速发展的背景下，城市型大学开展专业学位教育既是机遇又是挑战，文章在研究专业学位教育特点的基础上，分析专业学位研究生培养定位对其导师的要求，并结合当前导师队伍建设面临教育教学观念的、导师职业素养的、教学方法的、教育对象的挑战，提出对策建议：消除对专业学位教育的偏见；促进“双导师制”的推进与落实；建立创新的师生关系；提高导师自身素质。

| Abstract: | Under the background of the rapid development of professional degree education ,it is both an opportunity and a challenge to carry out professional degree education in City University .Based on the study of the characteristics of professional academic education ,this pa-per analyzes the requirements of professional degree graduate training and orientation to the tutor .And combining with the challenges of educa-tion and teaching idea ,the challenges of the tutor’s professional literacy ,the challenges of teaching methods ,the challenges of educational ob-jects faced by the current tutor team construction ,it puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions :one is to eliminate the bias of pro-fessional degree education ;the second is to promote the promotion and implementation of the “Double Tutorial System”;the third is to establish a new relationship between tutors and students and the last is to improve the quality of the tutors . |
