| 摘 要： | 解读了《图书馆合作与信息资源共享武汉宣言》在三个方面的呼吁:关注信息技术对知识整理和知识交流的影响,开展相关的活动;注重与其他知识传播主体的合作,有效地利用行业分工;密切注意法律框架的变化,争取更有利的制度安排。

| Abstract: | As institutions of systematic network for knowledge dissemination and scholarly communication, academic libraries should take more actions in the aspects of technological applications, industrial division & cooperation and system framework reform respectively. Wuhan Declaration calls upon the following concerns: the influences of information technology in knowledge organization and dissemination as well as relative activities; the priority to cooperate with other institution/person to adopt effectively the division of industry and the attention paid for the legal framework changes in order to strive for more favorable system arrangement. |
