| 摘 要： | “安大线”问题是中俄关系发展,尤其是经贸关系发展的重要问题。这一问题如处理得好,对双方经济的发展会产生积极的影响和巨大的推动力;如处理不好,则会直接影响到双方在各领域的进一步合作。文章围绕“安大线”产生的背景、经过,尤其是对未来中国石油安全之对策进行了深入的探讨,意在说明非传统安全因素,尤其是石油安全在国家安全中的地位不断加强,中国政府必须对“安大线”之争所带来的石油安全问题进行更为广泛的思考,提出详实而正确的对策,以做到在未来经济发展之中的有备无患。

| Abstract: | Russia-China Oil Pipeline" problem is very important in the development of Sino-Russian relations, especially in the field of commercial trade. If we can deal well with this problem, it will play an active effect on the development of economy for both countries; otherwise, it will affect the further cooperation in all kind of field of both sides. This text discusses the background and process of "Russia-China Oil Pipeline", in particular, analyzes the strategy of China's oil security in the future in order to show the non-traditional security factor, especially the status of oil security strengthens continuously at position in the national security. Chinese government must carry on extensive thinking about oil security issue brought by the dispute of "Russia-China Oil Pipeline", put forward the thorough but right strategy, so we can make sure in economic development in the future. |
