| 摘 要： | 职业教育公平与素质教育具有密切的关系,只有做到职业教育公平,其素质教育追求才能实现。职业教育公平是教育公平在职业教育领域的实现,职业教育领域的素质教育是素质教育理念在职业教育领域内的反映。通过合理调整学校资源、配置师资和构建科学的教育评价体系,能实现职业教育公平,保证职业教育入学机会和教育过程的平等,从而对其素质教育发挥提升作用。
