| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代，知识产权对于从事国际化经营的企业提高国际竞争力具有重要意义。对美国、日本、中国企业国际化经营的知识产权战略进行比较分析。结果表明，我国企业国际化经营在自主知识产权、知识产权保护、市场运营策略、侵权防范、合作意识方面均存在不足。在此基础上，结合我国企业的特点。从宏观与微观两方面提出制定与实施企业国际化经营知识产权战略的对策建议。

| Abstract: | In knowledge economy era, the intellectual property rights are significant for internationalized enterprises to enhance international competitiveness. The paper introduces and compares intellectual property rights strategy among American, Japanese and Chinese internationalized enterprises. The result indicated that, Chinese internationalized enterprises are short in independent intellectual property fights and its protection, in marketing strategy as well as in right infringement guard and cooperation consciousness. In this foundation, combining with the reality of Chinese internationalized enterprises, the paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions from macroscopic as well as microscopic aspects. |
