| 摘 要： | 自1993年我国成为石油净进口国以来,石油供需缺口逐年加大,不断增加石油进口将是大势所趋。目前我国的石油储备能力远远不能适应石油企业和国家应付某些突发事件的需要。通过分析我国战略石油储备现状,借鉴国际石油储备基地布局经验,科学地选择我国战略石油储备布局,逐步建立和完善符合我国国情的石油储备体系。

| Abstract: | China has been a net oil importing country since 1993, and the petroleum gap between domestic supply and demand has been deepening year after year. Thereby, we have to import more and more oil from overseas. At the present time, the capacity of petroleum reserve in China could not satisfy the demand of Petroleum Enterprise and Government to cope with emergency. Through analyzing the current status of strategic petroleum reserve in China, according to the experience of international strategic petroleum reserve, choose the position for strategic Petroleum Reserve rationally which would adapt to the situation of China is brought forward. |
