| 摘 要： | 民办高等教育是中国高等教育的重要组成部分,其发展历程悠久。当前民办高等教育存在社会接受度、资金投入、内部管理、外部环境等问题,民办高等教育发展存在积极与消极因素。可以从健全法律、政府支持、多元投入、加强内部管理等方面发展民办高等教育。未来民办高等教育发展一定会更好。

| Abstract: | Chinese Civilian-run Higher Education is the important buildup part of the Chinese higher education, The process of its development is long. Now, Civilian- run Higher Education exsits society accept degree, funds input, internal management, exterior environment etc. problems, Civilian- run Higher Education development exists the positive and negative factors.It can through the perfect law, government support, diverse input, enhance the internal management etc. to develop the Civilian- run Higher the Education. In future, Civilian- run Higher Education development will be certainly better. |
