| 摘 要： | 随着生物技术领域发展中的一系列重大突破,生物技术已经成为各国科技和经济竞争的焦点。美国生物技术企业通过有效地实施专利战略,取得了快速地发展,占据全球领导地位。本文对其实施专利战略的情况作了实证研究,并在此基础上提出了值得我国企业借鉴的若干措施。
