| 摘 要： | 民办高职院校又称为二专院校,近两年来,由于生源减少,高校扩招带来的民办高职院校招生困难、生源质量低下的问题非常突出,也给班级管理带来了很多难题.这点在云南尤其突出.目前,云南的民办院校多通过严格的、专制的方式来控制学生,维护班级正常运作.但这种方法有很多问题.作者借两年来在云南工程职业学院担任班主任的机会,构思出一套民主化管理的思路并加以实践,发现这种方式不仅是可行的,而且有很多优势.

| Abstract: | Private vocational colleges is also known as the second batch of vocational colleges. In recent years, due to decreased enrollment expansion of colleges and universities students, student enrollment of private vocational colleges is difficult, and low quality of students is very prominent, which also brings many problems to class management. This is especially true in Yunnan. At present, private colleges in Yunnan control students and maintain the normal operation of the class through strict, authoritarian ways. But there are problems with this method. Based on two years＇ working experience as the head teacher in Yunnan Engineering, the writers constructed and practiced a set of democratic management thought, and discovered that this way is not only feasible, but also possesses a lot of advantages. |
