| 摘 要： | 耕地作为人类最重要的自然资源，为人类提供生存条件方面的作用是不可替代的。基于此，耕地价值量的定量化越来越受到人们重视。湖南省各时期耕地增减幅度较大，了解湖南耕地资源的利用现状及其成因，定量地核算耕地资源的价值，对于明晰耕地资源的开发思路，确定全省的经济发展战略和对策具有重要的实践意义。

| Abstract: | Land of Hunan province development and utilization of resources degree relatively high, but numerous questions exist too, so find out about the use current situation of the land resource in Hunan and origin cause of formation, calculate the value of the land resource, have great practice meanings to train of thought, economic development tactics of the countermeasure and the whole province that we correct development and utilization land resource. |
