| 摘 要： | 西方法律教育体系在移植进中国的同时,外语教学也伴随其中。因清末取法的主要是日本学制,故法政教育中的外语教学在语种选择上是以英语、日语为主流,并进而形成了自己的特征。清末新式法律教育中,外语教学与西方法学课程相结合,加速了西方法文化在中国的传播,促进了我国法律教育及法制的现代化。

| Abstract: | Foreign language teaching follows the transplant of western legal education system to China.Since the Japanese academic system is mainly copied in the later Qing Dynasty,English and Japanese became the major languages in legal foreign language teaching,which then develops its own features.In the new legal education of the later Qing Dynasty,the combination of foreign language teaching and western legal courses accelerate the spread of western legal culture in China,and promote the modernization of legal education and legal system of the country. |
