| 摘 要： | 婚姻是男女两性结合,并被一定历史时代、一定地区内的社会制度及其文化与伦理道德规范所认可的夫妻关系,它虽受一定的自然属性的影响和制约,但主要受制于社会经济关系。1991年中越关系正常化以来,中越边境通婚数量逐年上升。中越边境跨国婚姻反映的不仅是一种社会现象,而且也是人们的一种文化诉求,是典型的功利型婚姻,婚姻动机带有明显的利益追求动因。跨国婚姻不仅加强了中越两国的经济文化交流,促使婚姻模式发生转变,同时也引发了相关的社会和边境安全问题。
