| 摘 要： | 人力资本是社会经济长期持续发展的第一资本。较发达地区而言,我国边疆少数民族地区人力资本的形成机制有其特殊性和重要性。文中在人力资本形成时间维度基础上,构建了人力资本形成机制中20个指标的构成体系,并运用主成分分析法,对全国28个省和自治区作了基础教育、医疗卫生和职业教育三个方面的定量分析,以此分析为基础研讨边疆少数民族地区人力资本的形成机制,从而为边疆少数民族地区的人力资本的形成和积累提供理论与实践依据。 |
