| 摘 要： | 技术类无形资产不同于有形资产,目前,我国对技术类无形资产的管理与有形资产基本相同;与此同时,我国促进科技成果转化的政策缺乏相应的实施细则,这些因素制约了科技成果转化。本文分析了这些问题,并提出相关建议。

| Abstract: | Technical intangible assets is different from the tangible assets.At present,the management of technical intangible assets is same as those of tangible assets.Meanwhile,in our country the corresponding policies to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements lack detailed rules for the implementation.These factors restrict the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.These problems are analyzed,and related suggestions are put forward in this paper. |
